Inside the app

A tour of the whole thing, screen by screen.

Taken from a working installation on a normal day — its own pages, fans and numbers.

Download gates

Trade the download for the audience you keep.

A fan completes a step or two — an email, a follow — and gets a file served from your own address. The email is the part that matters: it is the one audience nobody can take away from you.

Every gate reports views, unlocks and conversion, shows where visitors came from, and puts them on a world map down to the city. All of it flows back into your own workspace.

Your fan list

The one audience nobody can take away.

Which company lets you download your own fans? Everywhere else, cancel the service and the list you spent years building stays behind. Here it is the opposite: every email a gate collects lands in your own workspace, and Export CSV hands you the whole list any day you like.

Each row keeps the exact consent wording and the date it was given, so the list stays provable — and usable. Write to your fans from the app itself: a mailing list of your own, included with MBX Flow instead of yet another monthly bill.

One artist profile

Fill it in once. Everything reads from it.

Bio, photo, genre, label, every music platform and every social network, plus tour dates with venues and ticket links. It is the only time any of it gets typed.

Cards, smart links and gates all start from the profile already filled in, and upcoming shows appear on your pages and update themselves.

Dashboard & analytics

The whole funnel on one screen.

Fan reach, clicks, gate unlocks, followers across platforms and emails captured — the dashboard adds up everything your pages and posts do, in one place.

Analytics goes deeper: which platform your fans choose, which button on which page they press, where visits come from, which countries and cities they live in, and how every track performs on the platforms themselves.

Analytics: traffic sources, where fans listen, top pages, countries and followers by platform
Analytics: destination platforms, top buttons and per-track numbers from the platforms

What your data says

The numbers come with an opinion.

Instead of leaving you alone with the charts, the app reads them: what is working, what stalled, what to fix first — publish that draft, simplify that gate, post where your motivated fans are.

Each card is written from your own data, names the number it stands on, and links straight to the screen where you act on it.

Meta Ads

Put the music in front of new fans.

Run Facebook and Instagram campaigns from your own ad account, pointed at your smart links and gates. Billed by Meta to you, reported back here — budget, clicks, cost per result, and where in the world it all landed.

The app reads those numbers and tells you what it would change in plain words: which video is winning, when to leave a campaign alone, and when to raise the budget — from your campaign’s own results, not Meta’s suggestions.

Video studio

Ad videos, made from the track itself.

Your song’s best moments, a background and a hook line, rendered into vertical videos on your own server. Backgrounds come from your cover art in motion, free stock footage, your own clips, or a scene drawn by AI — and each one multiplies the variants, so a campaign starts with several videos competing.

Every gate can also render a free 30-second share clip for stories and reels — no AI, no credits, nothing to pay: it comes free with MBX Flow.

How it works

Three steps, and you only do the first one once.

1

Fill your profile once

Bio, photo, genre, label, your profile on every music platform and social network. This is the only time you type any of it.

2

Create a page in one click

Your artist card builds itself from your profile. A release page needs one track URL, and everything else is found and filled automatically. A gate takes a reward and the steps you want in return.

3

Publish, and let it promote itself

Your page goes live on your own link. MBX Flow turns it into posts across your networks, at the hours your audience shows up. Steps one and two need no developer app and no approval from anybody; connecting the social networks in step three takes some setup, and MBX Flow sets out exactly what each one asks before you pay for anything.
